Need Help How to trigger mutiny?

So, I've played all the way through on the newest version, but where/when/how do you trigger the described mutiny after you steal the throne?

You must go to Tortuga.

I don't understand is there a bug? the mutiny is activated when you're in Tortuga.

Maybe there is a way to activate it in Tortuga? talk to someone or something, if not, I'm afraid there is a bug or something is missing.... otherwise I wouldn't ask (i have the 3.3 version the latest one released)

Damn it you're right , the Cartagena quest was disabled because it isn't finished (the last part is missing but I'm working on it).
Anyway, if you want to test this quest, install this file i uploaded in PROGRAM\Storyline\Bartolomeu\quests

You don't need a new game, just load a savegame before being in the Port Royal store with Morgan and Elting.

The end of this unfinished quest is just after freeing Elting from the Cartagena Church.

Well I finished the quest. A great and fun quest and I'm really upset that it's not finished since i'm really looking forward for it's end. A great quest and very fun playing! (Haven't notice and bugs I believe it's 100% done)

There are still missing the capture of a spanish ship in the Cartagena port + the San Felipe fort attack by the portuguese and dutch.
