Fixed Opium Sickness reversed

Opium sickness now seems to give you better fencing and pistol damage instead of worse.

Please place this file in:
..\PROGRAM\Loc_ai

and let me know if it does anything weird.

@Levis: Why do the "opium" and "vegetal" items have a "stack" of 144 and 256 respectively?
"Stack" normally only affects skill contributions, but those two items don't have skill contributions defined at all.
So I'm confused.

Well.... At the moment, it doesn't do anything.
Plus... I think you can use opium items regardless of that number. So you can walk around as a completely drugged up nutter no problem!
