    Yeah i already put the ship in harbor master, after thst i keeping doing gorvernor quest and coming to brothel thats how keeping yoyr authority and keep em high, Btw low authority means more rebel happened when you dont pay, dont have a rum or low morale

    If you doing Jolly roger, once your reputation is at rascal and go get ur reputation back at least Honest capt and take the slavetrader quest from usurer in tortuga(CMIW).. oh dont forget to bring at least 2 rank ship coz you will battling Lineship, board the lineship get nice loot and its yours...

    yea i think i got permanent blessing, i can recruit 50-90 crew for each tavern and more cheap i guess, i just recruited over 90 crew with only 5k peso.. I dunt know if its more cheap than recruiting wthout monk
