    Could you point me towards a HEX Editor download? The one downloaded here has the archive corrupted and i can't open it... Nevermind, upgrading 7zip to the last version in some way solved it, it opened Hex Editor even if it found an error...

    Not in Turks Jack Rackham, for what i see, the governor changes physical shape but only gives me the option to make peace with pirates and nothing else, and in the city there aren't swedish soldiers or any kind of guards...Maybe Turks is coded differently from other cities, when i capture...

    Ok, i'm installing with the new installer (500mb) from here... It turned out that mine installer was outdated, it has 97mb and used it since 2016... Thanks for the infos Justin, now let's see if this time everything will work for me too...
