Yet another thread I haven't had to create thanks to the OP for asking and GreyRoger for answering. Definitely the island just north of La Grenade. I was going nuts! Phew!

Just want to make sure if this location has been fixed in the latest update (Jan 28, 2015). Seems, its still unavailable in update dated Jan 19, 2015.
Is there a problem with this? From the previous posts, I understood that the person who reported it was looking at the wrong Island and it actually did work.
I also know for sure someone played this side quest successfully in one of the storylines a month back or so.

Am sorry mate, I got it mixed up. I was referring to "Tales of a Sea Hawk" and not on Bart O Portoguese story. I created a thread already so as not to confuse the readers. You can delete these posts if you may. Thanks. -
