Collage how works .. i mean it says on building picture that trains officers.. how can i train officer after i build it ? from tavern??
 
i mean when i build collage whats difference ?? how i will see trained officers and how i will get them ?
 
Are you talking about a Naval Academy? Can you go inside and talk to the Admiral?
 
my laptops hdd is burned :( . anyway i bought ssd harddisk i am waiting for cargo. and my saves gone.. i will start game again.. :( after i will try :)

Ok, I thought he was talking about AoP2 beacause he'd created other topic about man-o-war in the section about AoP2.
Anyway, how it looks in AoP2. I've never finished any quest-line for any country, so I can't capture cities for other countries, just robber.
I captured city once but it was just the robbery, so I could have taken some merchandise and that's all.
