Bug bug with the pirates questline?

just ask something about this, i got the quest of pirate morgan, that you have to bring a pirate to port royal. i pick up the pirate and i reach port rotal, but nothing happens.

i have the combined mod if it is relevant
 
When you get to Port Royale - walk up the left hand side of the port - past the store towards the Town Hall

As you get to the end of the building you should be arrested by soldiers- transported to jail - then Morgan frees you and the quest should continue.
