So, i've been playing games my whole life. I always wanted a great pirate game. I know there is many pirate games out there but not really fit my fancy when it comes to really experiencing the pirate life like I want too.
I started creating my own using Unity,Blender, and many other websites! What my goal is to create a game where you can live as a pirate. A rpg then turned into a mmorpg later on which meaning years from now.

It is UFPS. It is definitely. Majority of it is just place holders until I can get the chance to change up some stuff or retexture it myself.

Thank guys, Tonight I will be up for along time making it look really nice and putting it together more so. I'm going to try and get torches working for the player and that lighting around the whole place or atleast in the villages.

So, i’ve been working on AI like crazy and it isn’t perfect yet. There is two examples of AI in this build one will wander and the other will idle until in range. One dies and the other doesn’t. They don’t deal damage at all so nothing to worry about.

WARNING – This isn’t the Pre-Alpha, this is the test phase of basic concepts before going into Pre-Alpha. I am implementing things as I get the time. I am a one man team.

So, it's been slow for me lately because I work retail and I have to work during holidays. So, i've been drawing alot and figuring out the idea of which way the map shall go. Well, i'll be doing a map that is the Caribbean, similar to Pirates Of The Burning Seas but it'll be based off a 18th century map itself.

So, work has been full time as of late for me! I work retail/sales. Today has been a productive day off for me! One more money comes in for me which will be soon. I'll be able to paint this new weapons and ships!!! I can't wait to show more! I'm in a 3d modelling mood lately! Learning more so how to use blender also!

Alot of things have been taking place for me. First off I started using Gaia for the terrain and have started workin' on the island of Nassau correctly. I also been learning how to sculpt as of late so that I can create even more models. The first skull is my first creation and the other two models are upgraded with textures among other things.

Well, It's been a while and I haven't been as busy as I could've been. Last year, I was working part time as a sale associate for sears. I left in may that year and started at best buy. Now I work in Geek Squad, slowly moving up.
Things have changed, we also got a indiedb Tattered Sails Windows game

New things are still to come. A playtest will be out soon, just been trying to put as much time as I can as of late due to work.

It has gone through some revisions over the year. Here is a download of a basic system with it. Prototype Version .06 Tattered Sails .06.rar Took a step back and realized the vastness of my ideas and slimmed them down alot to just work on basics.

Know Bugs
- Jumping on items sometimes shoots you into the air
- Water sometimes disappears with certain quality settings
- No footstep sounds/ambiance due to issue with third person controller
- No Ui due to sizing of resolution

This is what I have at the moment with a list. The early features are definite, the future features are more of a thought process.

Early Features

Criminal System - Were you kill or steal you become familiar with the law around you. Wanted posters keep popping up

Sunken wrecks - Ship wrecks can be found throughout the sea to find loot be it crafting materials or gold

Crafting System - Build weapons,healing drinks/food,ships,buildings

Lore/History Set pieces around the world


Future Features

Local Coop or Multiplayer

Multiple Islands that are travelable

Capturable islands

Player run taverns

Factions

Gambling in certain cities/islands

Deathmatch in certain cities/islands
