So, I don't know if u guys need more 3D modellers but I can do some models in 3DSmax ( I should be able to learn other programs ) and have some knowledge of texturing as well.

Ahoy @Thiago Pachalski, welcome aboard mate!

We will need a LOT of 3D models of all different types, so your offer to help is much appreciated! What types of models are you interested in working on? @Captain Armstrong, @Bava and @Ashinokami I believe are all in charge of 3D modeling, one of them should be along shortly. In the meantime, if you have any samples of your work that you could post, that would be awesome! :onya

Ahoy @Thiago Pachalski, welcome!

We would be glad to have you on the team. Using 3ds Max is fine; the only requirement we have is that models can be exported in FBX or OBJ format to Unity, so no problems there.
Do you have any preference on the sort of models you'd like to make for the game?

Well, I would like to do ships but since I'm not used to low poly modeling I don't know if I could, so we can start with something easier and work it from there.

Edit: Buildings would be nice

Thaigo, buildings would be awesome mate! We have a whole Caribbean to populate! :onya

There are many different architectural styles throughout the Caribbean, is there any nation in particular that you would be interested in modeling? Or just buildings in general? We have a list of assets that we need, we just want to make sure that your working on something that you want to work on. I can give you a few ideas for starter models if your interested in working on something, until the modeling coordinators get here that is.

Thiago, I've now added you to the 3D Artists group so you can view the rest of the forum.
This thread lists some builds that we may need, though it hasn't been updated in some time.

Take a look in the Architecture forum as well to see what's been done. That's also the place to start your own thread once you find a building to work on.
@Ashinokami or @Captain Armstrong should be able to help with deciding what to make and finding resources to help with it.
