When I start the quest on grand cayman island fast travel is automatically disabled only the talk icon and go to sea are available to select also when I go to find Emilio in the outskirts he is not there is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? lol
 
There are two Jungle exits - you need to take the one from the port area - not far from the shipyard. I have done this one in the 7 Jan with update and it all worked fine. I didn't have the issue with the Cayman fast travel either????
What version or the WIP are you running?
 
yeah I was going to the wrong outskirts I have completed the quest and fast travel works fine now thanks.
