Need Help "I'll get me coat" -Captain Jack Sparrow

So, in the Peter Blood questline, there is a version of Jack Sparrow with both his coat and his hat on. As i understand, this model is known as Madjack. Is there any way to use that model when playing as Jack Sparrow?

Oh dear. That old thing made it into this game? I'm chuffed! Sir Christopher Mings made that model for the old Pirates of the Caribbean game that started all this madness. I'm interested as to how one can use that model as well. I'd love to play as me.
