Fixed missing pistol

I forget which character this is, skull?, but there is a problem with the pistol hanging from his chest.

That is indeed Skull. Could you post your log files? If a texture file is missing, "system.log" ought to have something to say about it.

Nothing suspicious in the log files. I will need to look into this - I've an idea about what could be causing it, but will need to do a few tests.
 
The bug is confirmed:

The problem is alpha maps. Normally a black area on the alpha map marks that area as transparent. Weapons use the alpha map differently: black makes the area show its texture, white makes the area show shiny metal, e.g. sword blades. The texture files for Skull's pistols have weapon-style alpha maps. This wasn't previously a problem because character models didn't use alpha maps. They do now, so that the new models for Ciri and Morgen show their hair correctly.

If Skull's pistols only display properly when alpha maps aren't used then the alpha maps may as well not be there. I used TX Convertor to convert both files to .tga, then converted them back to .tga.tx using the "R5G5B5" setting, which does not save the alpha map. And now:

I've re-uploaded the update archive to include the modified texture files. But for anyone who has already installed the February update, you don't need to download the whole thing again. Download the attached file, extract the two textures, and put them into "RESOURCE\Textures\Characters".

Incidentally, this problem would have been present in the December update as well, as that's when Ciri first went into the update along with the graphics change to allow character models to use alpha maps.
