    I still think the fort MUST not be immortal. Because you must be able to capture any colony, you just can't own it. I tested it on Speightstown and I could kill the fort and raid the town. Isn't it possible to unlock the fort through the code, and if the player captured it trigger the Danielle chat?

    Update! Did smuglling on Antigua! Seems the soldiers are always standing at the far end of the beach !!! Weird! 2 Cases happens either they come after completion of the trade or they stand still and you can get away! But if you go near them before talking to smugglers they try to arrest you...
