I think we should change
GetMyAddressForm(ref NPChar);
to
GetMyAddressForm(ref fromChr, ref toChr); //so we can use it when speaking to people other than the pchar

I will also add
GetMyTypeAddressForm(ref fromChr, ref toChr);
As an 'over-function' that will based on fromChr's type and nation pick an address form (Senor, Senor Name, Name, Captain Lastname (as ship captain, not rank captain), Captain Firstname (ditto), Admiral Lastname, Sir Firstname, Lord Lastname, My XXXX, etc.)

So we need to fix all appearances of GetMyAddressForm(NPChar) to GetMyAddressForm(NPChar, PChar).
I'll do that and send to Pieter, who'll have it in the pack (and also CC to you so if you want to get started right-now-really you'll have it to do on top of).
There's little enough difference from 12.2 to 13 that you needn't worry about that, also.

Jeff and Danny used to do this with Gretchen and Inga... No, they didn't usually cross-dress, but PROPS like handbags and scarves were always good for waving about and using as emphasis for their rather silly banter back and forth. Just a total riot to watch. I often wonder if Chuck Lorre (one of the creators of D&G) happened upon I&G in all their wonderfully amusing glory and decided to borrow the idea for their show.
