When does exacly a side quest "The Nightmare" is available? I just finished "Strange Statuette" quest and Gaetan Andrieux is not in the Saint Pierre tavern, help would be appreciated

If I read the quest code correctly:
- After the Battle of Aguadilla, Roxanne is moved to Martinique where you can talk to her
- After that, Gaetan Andrieux is moved to the tavern

The coding here looks a bit odd though, with one quest case triggering another and so on.
You might be able to break that by exiting the location where they were executing too quickly. Maybe.
