Advencement in a Nation

I have done 25 quests for dutch and i have failed none. I still get paid 1000 per month and still a lietunant. I have reached rank 18 and what else do i need to get a better salary????

Btw i am hero for the dutch, i attacked none of their ships in whole game. But i have attacked their allies the english but i think that does not matter.

Keep doing more jobs. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=")" border="0" alt="smile2.gif" /> Your level doesn't matter, it's how many jobs you've done for your country that counts.
