Solved After instaling [Extra Fix Archive] in fresh PoC game engine crash

Hello awesome community,
As title explains after installing default PoC and applying [Extra Fix Archive] engine stops with an error while I try to launch .exe file. the problem is with c++.
I have both 2005 and 2008 editions.
Instaling [Extra Fix Archive] and then build 14 the problem still present didn't try the other way around.
The problem is gone when I reinstalled fresh PoC and applying build 14 without [Extra Fix Archive].
Just wanted you to inform about strange events.
I just extracted [Extra Fix Archive] in the main PoC folder.

@Giedrius: Are you sure you followed the steps from this thread?
Mod Release - Build 14 Beta 4.1 WIP [Last Update: 7 January 2017]
Note that you MUST install the Beta 4.1 WIP using the large archive (identical to ModDB) and updated EXE installer (NOT identical to ModDB!) before using the "Extra Fix Archive".

Ok, so I used [Extra Fix Archive] before installing build 14 . that means I got confused by instructions noting that clean PoC is required.
