Another instal problem

I've downloaded the build 12 mod but when I try to instal it. The Message pops-up:

Install

Could not communicate to network server, error 1.

What can I do?????

(I hope I'm bright because I really sucks in english)

The online installation file doesn't work at the moment. Download the full installation from <a href="http://www.piratesahoy.net/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_download/gid,24/Itemid,46/lang,/" target="_blank">here</a> and see if that does any good... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Installation instructions:
1) Make sure your stock Pirates of the Caribbean installation is working properly
2) Extract the contents of the file on top (make sure the <i>extract to</i> path is correct; the default one is always wrong - my mistake <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" /> )
3) Run the RunMe.bat file after the installation is complete. It is only required for Euro-versions, but it can't hurt
4) Change the mod's settings to your liking in the BuildSettings.h file in the PROGRAM subfolder.

It doesn't work, i try to re-instal the game again but I don't think that that make any differince

Did you follow Pieter's step-by-step instructions?
Where did the problem arise, and what is the problem?
