small storyline is present in original game. but, because it's very small i prefer say that Aop have no predesigned storyline. and yes, it still bigger then Pirates! story.

in the expansion. (if there is one) are you considering a larger story line? like one in SeaDogs ? if so i think many of us would injoy the great balance of story line and non-linear aspects that SeaDogs had.

like the whole advancement in each nation with all differnt missions to get you to own the carriabean for that nation... (pirates story was the best )

again i think an expansion would be well worth it, instead of me buying 2 copies i would have 2 origional and 2 expansion as well . please consider this, even though your not the manager....

Vesta, whats your beef? so the russians got a little screwed. then again with the way the russian gaming market buys just about anything and is completely addicted, i think many other companies would have done the same thing. (selling out a bugged game)

in due time everyone will get the end product, which will be well worth the wait. so chill and be happy :-D

Vestaa, the same thing happens to us also. It also has a bit to do with the publisher aswell, so you cannot blame Akella 100% for it.

game us and sold quite another, before Akella did not do such. now developers ignore the forums, because
plenty of the dissatisfied players is had.

we ignore russian forums because:
1. most of them just a garbage - too much flood
2. we preffer work then spent our time with speaking with flooders
3. we working on patch and europe release, so we have not time for speaking with flooders.

i preffer talk with AlexsusB and with some other funs via ICQ it help me much more then pointless chatter in most russians forums.
