Need Help Black screen when starting a new game.

Hello Guys, I am new here,
So, Whenever I try to start a new game, I should pick a character. So I pick one and I wait for the game to load. Once it did, I get a black screen. I can use the F1 and the F2. Here are the Compile.Log and the Error.Log and the System.log .
I really want to play this game. It is amazing and specially the mod.

You are missing original game files. Did you install it on top of the 2003 PotC game?
If not, what game DID you install it on? And how did you manage that?

I have the potc 2003 rar. When I try to extract it, it says that it need a password. I didnt extract it I just installed the Build 14 in the same folder.

You must install the original 2003 first, then run the Build 14 EXE installer.
I am not sure which step you skipped on, but you certainly missed out on something.

Where did you get the RAR? Unless it is extracted and properly installed first, Build 14 won't work. And if that's not a legal copy of PoTC then we probably can't help.

As long as you extract it and it works before installing the modpack, it should be OK.

I downloaded the game from Utorrent, Could you send me a link to the real game? maybe that torrent is wrong.
