Solved Boarding after surrender

I boarded a ship after they surrender, but the captain killed me , is that normal ?

Can I take my fellew officers with me ?

There is a chance that the captain prevents to surrender to get in a sword fight with you, the chance of this will decrease when your fame level increases.
You can't take your officers to a talk between captains

Thanks, No honour , It would be nice to have a backup officer That would bee the realistic way
