Once Pieter comes up with an answer, and assuming that it is a common occurrence.

I take it this is about RunMe.bat? Usually when it gives an error message about missing files, it means the files it was trying to move are already where they needed to be or the files it wanted to remove were already not there. So that's nothing to worry about. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/no.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":no" border="0" alt="no.gif" />

okay, so what's the final version i should put down? (include the question please)

How's this?
Q: The RunMe.bat file is giving "file not found" error messages. What's wrong?

ok but its not saying file not found....its saying PATH not found and the game will not start its acts like it will load but then crash to desktop...

Huh? Can you please tell us exactly what you did, which steps you followed and what is happening now?
Please note that if you install the game to a different folder than the default, when you select the correct folder, the stupid install file will add "Pirates of the Caribbean: Build 13" behind the path name. You must remove this!
