NEW GAME ENFORCED again. I think this is required for @Levis' new changes....

Getting ever closer. Now also with @Grey Roger's (for now?) final updates to the Hornblower storyline as well as improved Napoleonic period ships.

And thanks to @jsv, @Mirsaneli and @morgan terror for joining the active team too! :cheers

- Disabled BuildingSet colliders to prevent "weird floating behaviour"
- Various improvements to Levelling again by @Levis
- Two calls to ResetShipSkill replaced with ResetEffectiveSkill by me
- Corrections made to allow saving again immediately after a location reload by @Levis
- Correction to prevent overlapping Smuggling patrols by @Levis
- Corrections to crew pay calculations by @jsv
- Corrections to "tier 8 ships repair for free" by @jsv
- Item skill modifiers update when equipping/de-equipping items by me
- Can take crew ashore even if you're not captain by me
- Can change officer roles even if you're not captain by me
- Hornblower extension by @Grey Roger completed; now includes "wedding scene"
- Assassin and Bartolomeu storylines give LoMs as appropriate by @Bartolomeu o Portugues
- Reward for "Sink the Pirate corvette" at Martinique improved by me
- Stuck after talking to sitting opium buyer fixed by @Levis
- Character Interface shows "Crew Money" again by me
- Assigning Skills with Auto Skill System OFF fixed by @Levis
- Corrections to Perks Interface by @Levis
- Select Storyline Interface correctly scrolls player types both ways again by me
- Cannot sell ship with contraband on board by @Levis (unless you have the needed perk)
- Shipyard Repaint Exploit fixed by @Levis
- Officers use antidotes by @Levis
- Several missing files either restored or their calls removed by me
- Rumours based on current island and nation by @Mirsaneli
- Moulin sidequest double quest text entry removed by @Grey Roger
- More rigging errors fixed by @Hylie Pistof and @pedrwyth
- Improvements to Spanish and French paint schemes in Napoleonic time period by @Grey Roger
- New Napoleonic period ship skins added for France and Spain by @Grey Roger:

Latest fixes now added to my game and it doesn't seem badly broken at first impression.
So I just now started on finding all differences with the previous EXE and compiling a new one.

NEW GAME ENFORCED again. Better to err on the side of caution.
You can always try to set the IS_SGV value in PROGRAM\globals.c back to your current version and see if your saves are willing to remain working properly.

Short story:
Plenty corrections, including some important ones for (almost) game-breaking bugs with the previous versions.
Could this finally be a version that may be.... *shudder*.... playable???

- Salary Screen no longer accidentally skippable by @jsv

- Delayed XP gain to fix lag during sea battles from cannon hits by @Levis
- Treasure Quest pirates given correct officer type AND disappear after being killed by @Levis

- Black Pearl now appears in Standard storyline at Martinique, regardless of the use of DirectSail by me
- writing.wav corrected so that you hear it in the game by me
