Still the same, you can open the chest any where in the section you placed it
and you can only open it in that location.

Then I don't know. It does not do that for me, I'm afraid.

How much is this feature wanted by the players?
As far as I can tell, adding a "bury your own box" option should not technically be too hard to add.

That is odd. Could there be a difference in the way the game act, using TAR or CAB file in the install process?
I really dont know, but a single chest at Cozumel, will be good and a step forward. It is just a little thing and it do
not matter so much if it is there or not.

    No.

My hope would be for @Jack Rackham to be able to take care of that.
Sounds like something he could do quite easily. :yes

I can add a chest there. More exact where at Cozumel do you want it?

    In the "Roa_Cabin" location. :doff

As an extra request, random items should never be generated in that chest.

    I found this in itemlogic:
Does it mean there will be no randitems ever generated to that locations boxes?

Is it planks, sailcloth or smaller personal items that should be placed here?

Just a regular chest. What people want to put inside is up to them.

Planks and sailcloth aren't items, so it won't work for those.

Here it is. The chest is empty, will not be autorefilled and has no traps. Exists only in Roa_cabin.
