Need Help can not play the game (Help me)

i played COAS a long time ago, and i just wanna play it again.
i installed normal, i install TAGDRIVER too,
in the beginning it's all normal, but when choose new game or option, the control (mouse+keypad) not working, i can not choose anything (click "ok" or press "esc").
i just reinstall my window 7 and reinstall the game, and its still the same problem
i don't know what happen, because before i played it normally...

Have you tried moving your game folder from the Programs partition (C:/Program Files or Program Files (x86)/Playlogic/Age of Pirates 2) - taking the Age of Pirates 2 folder out of that location and plopping it out onto your Desktop? Then make a new shortcut or open the folder and start the game by clicking on the skull and crossbones "start" icon in the folder.

That may fix your issues. It has worked for a lot of people.

Did you change your AV software since you last played the game. You can try temporarily deactivating your AV protection while offline and try playing.
