Can we change Port Royal to look a bit like it does in PotC?

I would personally love to see Port Royal in game changed to somewhat resemble the way it appeared in Pirates of the Caribbean, with large cranes on the docks, tropical palms and other fauna crowding around the edges of the settlement, gray stone warehouses on the dockside, etc. Would be pretty cool if you ask me, but I'm not experienced in modelling or programming. I could certainly try to learn, but I think this kind of project might be better served by someone with more experience, at the moment. Any thoughts?

Adding cranes, stonehouses, palms etc to locations can certainly be done.
We are very few active modders left so if you want anything done you'll have to do it yourself.

Is it possible? Yes. Is someone going to step in to do it for you? Not likely...
