Fixed Cannot start new Nathan Hawk campain

Hi there!

After installing POTC_BETA4_1_WIP_22092016 and Levis_Fixes-25-9 I'm no more able to start a new standard campaign. Please see image for error messages...

Wonder if it's only on my end.

place this in:
storyline\standard\quests\
