Unconfirmed Bug Can't escape prison in Hoist the Colours storyline

In the Hoist the Colours storyline I was playing the Sao Feng Bodyguards quest and after I'll meet Mercer on the outside of the church after killed traitor Father Gareth and Mergildo Hurtado rescues me I'll went to the Port Royale prison and I can't get out anymore. The door is closed and before that point in that quest it never happens to me and it happens everytime now. When I'm going in there I'm stuck and I can't get out anymore due that closed door, is this a bug or what is this? I don't think this is supposed to happen is it?

I would like a savegame or something like that.

Talk to father Bernard, kill father Gareth, hire Masse, talk to Mercer outside and go to the prison after Hurtado talks to you and you'll see
