Cannot Confirm Capturing Forts

The one minor bug I have noticed is that my colonies seem to reject my order to change their taxes. I try to be nice and set the tax rate to Low, then next time I look it's back to Normal.

The Colony Management doesn't really work very well. I had thought that changing tax levels would still work though.
Not that changing the tax actually DOES much. There's no such thing as a "revolt" programmed in, so it doesn't make much of a difference.
Unless the town morale is linked to the hireable crew morale and that turns out to be annoying for you. Or something.

When Pieter is on a roll like most of last year I started a new game weekly.
