Just checking... are there problems in Cartagena? I can't find the Store to complete a delivery mission anywhere. Not finding a Shipyard either. In fact, the only things I found were the Tavern, the Palace, and the Residence. Am I missing something?

Edit: Never mind, I found it. I should know better than to do this stuff without RUM!!!

The only real "problem" with Cartagena is that it is big! You can ask some of the locals for directions but even then it's not easy finding the key locations.

For one thing, you say you have found "the" tavern, which means you've missed out on one of Cartagena's unique features. What you have found is one of the taverns, now go and look for the other one. :cheers
 
Because I don't think a town CAN have fast travel for two taverns.
Not without some serious fiddling around with the code in any case.
