But what to replace it with? To replace something, we need something good to take its place.
In the case of Turks, the situation was that @Jack Rackham found a nice town model and then we had to decide where to best put it to use.
So it wasn't a matter of "we replaced it because we wanted it replaced", but "we found something new and wanted to put it to good use somewhere".

Cayman is indeed one of the towns that still uses a copy of stock game locations.
But since Kralendijk looks different compared to the original game, coutesy of @Thomas the Terror's texture work, I quite like having the stock game version still in use for Cayman.
So I wouldn't consider replacing it a very high priority.
