Actually I have requested models of them ages ago to replace the current pirates who want to take the chest from you in front of the Redmond tavern. Of course we are rewriting the main quest and are replacing the Black Pearl with the Flying Dutchman in the early part of the quest so that the story can be a prequel to the films with the film quests being in the works to be played after the current main quest. But still I would love to have these guys. The more PotC movie characters we have, the more we can use in the new film quests. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

He has a blueish coat. The new Barbossa in the modpack is the same but has a black coat. Also you will find that the item trader in Oxbay port where you buy the spyglass in the tutorial has the EXACT SAME FACE as Dawg Brown, the main bad guy in Cutthroat Island. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

He does look a bit boxy but the model is still the basic shape of the pirat3 model I used as a base. All I had to do was exaggerate certain parts ie his stomach and I made it a little shorter than the other models. The face is where I had to do most of the work getting it to fit the neck while still letting it keep some weight on it as well. I'll make some minor adjustments but if you look at any of these models from the game in max, edited or not, you can really see it more-so than in the game. And yes Pieter it works fine in game. It's just that I have to rework the texture a little bit cause I made one minor mistake in my design. Almost there.
 
although you don't really see it, he's got a sort of beard in the movie, although a short one.
 
I know <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" /> , but thanks though, like I said its a really rough image the beard is actually there in the texture but do to that little mix up its not aligned as I'd like.
