Need Help Churchs

Hello, i´m novel in this forum and i have a question for Age of Pirates caribbean tales with patch 1.5
How can i go to the church?
In all enemy colonies is closed

Some buildings are only open in the Supermod:

I haven't played AoP for a while so my memory is a bit rusty, but I suspect churches are open after you build them. You can only do that after you have captured a colony - and when you do that, all nations immediately become hostile.
