COAS mod bugs

When i downloaded the last mod, i found it good however there are a lot of buds still noticed. I played with William Turner then i found him in the tavern again. Also when you trying to buy a new ship you will not found it logo in the bar when you are trying to full it with goods and so on.
see the photo and reply if you have any solution.

Please help me to fix this bugs in the latest mod.

This happens with all the characters as far as I've seen - well, at least with those I've played with.

Also, some ships don't have small logo (or it's just not displayed), but the ship is still there, so there's just a "visual" issue with it, you can still fill it with goods
