Unconfirmed Bug Crimson Blood

Hi,

I was playing the Sao Feng quest at the Hoist the Colours storyline but at the end of the quest when you must fight the Crimson Horror ship it'll stuck if I board the ship. I killed captain Skyliner but after that Joaquin de Masse should apprear but he doesn't. Try this about three times and I have him as passenger but no Joaquin the masse, I saw this was a bug in beta 1 but I played beta 3.1 and no Joaquin de Masse there.

Please provide .log files after the problem occurred and a save before the said problem occurs.
