Dark decks

    When you board the Black Pearl, all the lower decks are dark - less lighting, black wood.

    Thereafter, when you board any ship, all lower decks are still dark. The exception is cabins of different type to that on the Black Pearl.

    The screenshot is from my older game under Beta 3. The same is happening in Beta 3.1. I never played "Tales of a Sea Hawk" under Beta 3.2 so don't know if it was fixed there; it's not mentioned in "BuildInfo.txt".

    Indeed I do recall hearing about a problem with that. Hasn't been fixed.
    You have a savegame related to that? Ideally just prior to boarding the Pearl?

    Yes, I have been mentioning that for years but it never got fixed. It is like that in 3.2 also.

    Yes. I always save game at any port (or beach) just before departing and don't overwrite it until I'm at the same place again; and also just before any battle. You need to be quick before you're automatically shown the video of the skeletons preparing to fight and then put onto your ship, but here it is...
