how do I work for EITC ?Can I do this?

I don't think there is a way of working for them outside of the Hoist the Colours storyline, where you have to work for Beckett for a short while.

You can, however, fly their flag in that storyline (once you reach a suitable point for free-play), by talking to one of your crew members on deck and asking to change flags.

It would be amazing if they did the story of Cutler Beckett from the beginning of EITC until the control of the Flying Dutchman!
