Fixed Error in NK.C Description

Hello all,

In the NK.C file stands that case 5: // Schout-bij-Nacht is at the Holland rewards, however Schout-bij-Nacht is the 9th rank in the game. It's not anything major of course just thought I'd tell you guys.

If it's in the wrong section, then I'm sorry.

You're absolutely right. Those national ranks have been changed so many times I lost count and apparently the comments in NK.c have been unable to keep up.
The correct ones can be found in PROGRAM\NATIONS\nations_init.c .

I know. That's why I noticed it. First thought it was bugged because I already have the extra ship while just being Commandeur. Then looking at the case number it was clear the comment was outdated.

I suppose it's easy enough to change (even though it's not really necessary but I would be happy to do that.
