UK publisher set to release its first seafaring simulation product offering scope for indefinite expansion via publisher and user generated content.
Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – May 8th, 2014 - Leading simulations publisher Excalibur (http://www.excalibur-publishing.com) is pleased to announce European Ship Simulator, a core nautical simulation product arriving in October 2014. An internally developed IP, Excalibur intends to promote this core product with regular updates and expansion packs to extend the maritime world and content indefinitely. Developed in line with modern demands for both developer and user generated DLC, players will be able to create their own ships and missions.
European Ship Simulator sees you as the captain of a collection of boats and ships accessible in the initial stages of the game. You’ll then progress through
the Career mode and various missions in the Mission mode to earn money and rewards enabling you to add to your fleet of boats.
Commenting on the product, Excalibur’s managing director, Robert Stallibrass commented: “European Ship Simulator represents a new direction for Excalibur; an internally developed IP which we can develop as a franchise over time, constantly growing the product’s content and direction with the addition of user feedback and generated DLC.”
