Which folder is that? I do have it in my main DIALOGS folder and the Jack Sparrow one.

it is from the program-dialogs..but in the build 14 3.2 the h-files is missing in Dialogs..i think that is why Help the church and strange things quest can not be finished..so i am going to try putting the H-File in Dialogs and see what happens...Which folder is that? I do have it in my main DIALOGS folder and the Jack Sparrow one.
It is in my install. We had an issue with dialogs but fixed it in the bug tracker.
