Few idea's/fixes

No you do not have to add any mod. Like i said i don't have any of the mod install.
See below the line is there. Look for it manually. Stock game English 1.3.0 version.

Is there any chance to manage the town?

Now after some time i already captured 4 or 5 towns and that bring me what? Nothing, only some money and a lot of problems. If you own a town or not - no different. Nothing can make better or manage in this town and every time you have to fight to the nations, all days the hole year. And if only one small ship skip from the fight with the nations you will lose your town anyway.

In this way it´s to boring to own a town.
Sometimes you have to fight with your own pirat people and if this fight come to the residence you can´t fight by yourself because it is impossible to draw your sword (have a look at the screenshot).
