Fix for Options menu crash in Build 14 A7

If you've installed Build 14 A7 DON'T change the interface to the new interface under the options menu. If you do you won't be able to get back into the options menu. It will crash every time you try. HOWEVER I found a fix for it. In the main POTC folder there is a file called options. Open it with notepad and locate these two items:

gameoption.newinterface_on=1

gameoption.newicons_on=1

They are on the first line but since its all bunched together it might be hard to see at first and they are right next to each other. If you've changed the interface and icons to the new ones it value will be 1 but to fix the problem change the value to 0 and everthing will be okily dokeily. I found out while typing this that you can leave the ICONS on the new icons but the interface MUST be the old interface to avoid the crash to desktop when trying to get into options in build 14 A7. I don't know if anyone has posted this fix before but I was so proud of myself for figuring it out that I wanted to share it. I'm a hardware and network guru not a programming guru so it made me feel like I was god to figure it out on my own lol. Hopefully this thread helps some people who ran into this problem like me. It sucks though cuz the new interface is much nicer than the old one, but oh well.

Thank you! The problem is caused because of a too new options.ini file; one that was actually meant for Alpha 8 WIP. I *think* if you reinstall Alpha 7 on top of your current game installation, it should fix the issue.
