Solved FTP no permission to access

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Whats that about, it use to work for me?

There were security issues with the files on the FTP so it was locked down so anyone from anywhere could no longer access HOO files.

I get the permission denied plus a 404 error also, but I never use it anyway.
