Need Help Game similar to POTC (Sea dogs 2)

Is there something very similar? I like how you can go on land or sea, take over ships/buy them, first person on land or sea, huge number of different ships ; I am not much into RPG, or story I just like the sandboxyness so quests don't matter to me. I checked other threads like this but the threads they linked to I could not get to for some reason. *single player preffered im not into MMORPGS*

Besides PotC with NH and CoAS with GoF, no. Hearts of Oak will be like that, but it's going to take awhile.

Amazon or Ebay are your best bet. In order to get a good reliable copy of the game - downloads & torrents etc can be incomplete and have viruses and other nasty things included.

Tortugo Two Treasures, but it's not that good compared to the Sea Dogs games.
