I am working on GOF 2.1.6 Patch Projekt. But i Need some Support Help for

1. can anyone Tell me how can i add a new Schip to the Mod?
2. I will copy the Charakter Model Pirate_11.gm and unnamed it to
Blackbeard. Question: how can i use for the Model me new Textur, what have i to doe?
3. I Need someone how can add me Pirate Charakter Modell (Pirate_9.gm) on his right Or left side a Hook? Take a Look at me Photoshop Pic(RavenV2(Pirate_9).jpg) in the Dropbox!

I would be happy if i get some Support Help!

I'm hoping somebody else with more specific knowledge about CoAS will reply about the ship adding.
I know how it works in PotC (its easy) but CoAS isn't and I've never done it.
