Need Help Installing build 14

Hello guys,

I have been trying for a week and this is my last attempt to install this patch
these are the errors i get.

Downloaded this link - http://www.moddb.com/mods/new-horizons/downloads/build-14-beta-3-installer1/#4724243

and this

Well firstly, you do already have the stock POTC installed outside of program files, right?

Next, it appears you unzipped B14 Beta3 full. That is a nono because the installer is looking for the Zipped file and now can not find it. So it does not work. Try it with the original beta3 full zip in there.

Then place the zipped Beta3 full in the same folder as the installer and try it.

I thought the installation instructions in ModDB was updated.

Do those error messages not already say what you need to do?
Place 'b14_beta3_full.7z' in this folder to continue.
