Solved Kinda creepy hidden quest

In HTC storyline, I just normally talked to inkeeper on Antigua but instead of normal dialogue he asked if my characters brother is Sven. I was a bit shocked, chose the second answer and he told me about some Monkey Island treasure, brotherhood (I thought it was related to Jack Sparrow) and that I have to find his master or something. Is it some hidden quest? What to do next? He also showed some creepy map.

That is a Monkey Island Easter Egg that was once put in, but at the moment leads to absolutely nothing.
The person who added it never got the chance to expand it.

I think it was the same person who did the Tavern News and Ship's Log interfaces.
Can't remember now; search "Build Info.txt" for those two things and that should probably tell you.
