Need Help Load game/Save game seldom works right

Windows 10, Build 14.4

Load game/Save game seldom works right.
Some times won't load or save.
Some times won't do anything, can't get back or forward.
When I try to load it always reverts to the original game load screen, in order to get to the other story lines I have to first click start new game and then it sometimes requires that I delete all previous saved profiles.

Related, I think:
On the inventory screen or goods screen the arrows work very slowly.

Where have you installed the game? If it's in "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)", Windows is going to do silly things to it. Put it somewhere else - I have it (and, for that matter, all my other games) in "C:\Games", for example.
