Mod Request: Surrender option

There are many times when I am limping away from a big battle only to be immediatly attacked by 7 pirate ships.

I have only a small crew, and a beat up ship. I can't outfight or outrun the pirates, so I would love an option other than RELOAD saved game.

Countries might put me in prison.
Pirates might enslave me.

Or I might just find myself stranded on an island with no ship and no money.

Or they might just let me go, as I often do for ships that surrender to me.

wouldnt it be nice if they tied u up and force u to jump off the ship while poking u with their cutlass
