Multiplayer ??

Ok

When I first started the game I desided to check out the MP

It worked fine altough there where only 2 server online

I played a game and then I started the SP

But now I can't reconnect to the MP, It always sais : trieng to connect to masterserver servers loaded 0/0

does anyone else have the same problem ??

But so far I havn't seen a single MP server in my lan list yet ....

hi

today i played my first to rounds in hamachi mp.

when u connect to aop Multi you can see the members on the hamachi server. members with a green dot are online and u can talk to them by right clicking their name.

after u talked to them u can start aop and start a server

u go to local -> host server (i have the german version. dont know how tis named in the english version)

their i choosed internet and lan (box with arrow)

then start, join ur own game and hope others can connect.

hind: choose no fullscreen in the aop config so alt-tab will work and the game wont crash by switching back to chat in hamachi


now the problem of mp game...

i hate them...

no tactical options like reloading time, no exploding cannons.

u dont have to turn ur ship, cause reloading is so quick <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> very bad. dont know why they cant add all this good (very good!) stuff from single player...

so pls!!!! someone change tihs ^^

overall i think the single player si awesome. i played a russian version a while but yesterday i bought it. (yes i spend money for it. but its ok for this game, cause i ll have many funny hours with it ^^)

Multiplayer servers seem to be fixed now, you can just play online as it's supposed to be .... for now at least

i just played some rounds internet mp...

if someone tries to host a game with more than 6 players its lagging like hell.

also theres no message if someone leaves while playing. the ships stay inside the game nad run there directions... i havent found an overview where u can see who has left. f1 just tells u the players

and a chat window at the hosting window would be very nice!!!

sometimes when u destroyed a ship it doesnt sink. its still there and u can run trough it without collision. the game doesnt end so <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

while hosting i think kicking doesnt work. also the ready button. when u click it u cant demark it. but theres a trick. when u play with teams u can change the color and the ready button is unmarked.

also sound problems and engine.exe crashes <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

hm maybe i was wrong and u can see the leavers in the f1 overview.

i just played a 2 vs. 2 it was ok but i doesnt end cause somebody leaves before end.

2nd game noone can move and sound crashes. but i think in this moment the masterservers went down <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Yesterday i got stuck in 1st person mode, after a few seconds(maybe 20) the computer freezed and i had to reset it.

Just got done playing four games on MP, its really fun. Though one time my sound disapeared and another time it was super laggy. But overall it plays well I think.

hm just go to multiplayer and klick internet (lan, internet jumper)
then the masterserver will be called

press refresh and servers should show up. u got router or firewall? i thing there are some ports to check...

y = chat

o = teamchat

I have a problem as well. Whenever I try to do anything with multiplayer, I get a "connection with server could not be established" message, even if I made the server myself. I'm using the 1.42 patch. What do I do?

I cant seem to connect to the master server anymore, and when I finally do and try to make my own server, I cant see it either.

I'm currently running 1.43, patched over 1.42.
